The Term "Media Tours" includes all aspects of the services offered by Visuallink, although the terms and conditions below are set as standard we are aware that sometimes your business may need to deviate from such guidelines as set out below. If you require an alternative solution then please do not hesitate to contact us, you will need written conformation of any such deviations from Visuallink before you undertake any alternative solutions with our products.

Only 5% may need to upgrade to a newer version of thier flash player to see the videos at the same standard as the other 95% . ...And we cater for this eventuality by placing a warning and a link to the required upgrade software (This software upgrade is automated. quick. easy, and free of charge). Note: - We also use a video player that actively identifies the speed of connection a potential client is using, and then displays /supply's a video tour that’s specifically tailored to give the best quality output for each client.
