The Term "Media Tours" includes all aspects of the services offered by Visuallink, although the terms and conditions below are set as standard we are aware that sometimes your business may need to deviate from such guidelines as set out below. If you require an alternative solution then please do not hesitate to contact us, you will need written conformation of any such deviations from Visuallink before you undertake any alternative solutions with our products.
95% of all the potential customers who open a video link on your web site will be able to view the videos without issue. Only 5% may need to upgrade to a newer version of thier flash player to see the videos at the same standard as the other 95% . ...And we cater for this eventuality by placing a warning and a link to the required upgrade software (This software upgrade is automated. quick. easy, and free of charge). Note: - We also use a video player that actively identifies the speed of connection a potential client is using, and then displays /supply's a video tour that’s specifically tailored to give the best quality output for each client.
Because we are a web video production company, we pride ourselves on the speed and performance of the videos we create and host on our dedicated video server (www.visuallink.co.uk). We use the best video players available, and as our reputation depends on the clarity and smoothness of playback ... we are confident that your customers will always receive the level of performance you’d expect when using our services.
This is a simple operation that only requires you, or your web designer to place the link on the web page where you want the video to play from. Our technical team will even talk you, or your web designer through this simple process at no extra cost (if required). Once the link is embedded onto your web page your potential customers can play your video tour whenever they want 24hrs a day, from anywhere in the world.
It normal only takes two days to edit and host your completed video tour on the Visuallink video server, so that it is ready for you to check and assess it for suitability. Once you have confirmed that you are happy with the finished product, a unique video link is then supplied to you, or your web desiner to be intergrated/embedded onto your web site. At most the process will take three days from start to finish.
